Voos, Avrupa uçuşlarında yaşanan gecikme, iptal ve fazla rezervasyon (overbooking) durumlarında yolcuların EU261 / UK261 kapsamında tazminat haklarını kolayca öğrenip başvuru yapabilmesini sağlayan bir platformdur.

Avrupa’dan kalkan veya Avrupa’ya varan uçuşlarda, uçuşun 3 saatten fazla gecikmesi, iptal edilmesi ya da yolcunun uçağa alınmaması durumunda 250€ – 600€ arasında tazminat hakkı doğabilir. Voos, yolcuların uçuş bilgilerini girerek birkaç dakika içinde bu hakka sahip olup olmadığını öğrenmesini sağlar.

Başvuru sürecinde yolcuların havayolları ile tek tek yazışmasına gerek kalmaz. Voos, gerekli hukuki süreci ve iletişimi yolcu adına yürütür. Başarılı sonuç alınmadığı sürece herhangi bir ücret talep edilmez.

Platform; Türk Hava Yolları, Pegasus, Lufthansa, Air France, Ryanair gibi birçok Avrupa merkezli havayolu için başvuru kabul etmektedir. Ayrıca geçmiş yıllara ait uçuşlar için de tazminat başvurusu yapılabilmektedir.
